Our Programs
RRUMNS was established over 50 years ago to provide quality, loving care for children ages 3 to 5 years old.
We are passionate about Early Childhood Education and would like to be a part of the growth and development of your child!
The purpose of the Rocky River United Methodist Nursery School is to provide an atmosphere of love and understanding in which children can grow physically, mentally, spiritually, socially, and emotionally under the guidance of experienced teachers.
Program Objectives:
To provide an environment in which each child’s self concept can be enhanced
To provide an environment where children can explore, discover, and develop naturally
To build a good relationship with each family and to expand on the foundation provided at home
To provide an atmosphere that fosters good social interaction and development ·To provide experiences for children in literature, science, art, music, and physical activities
To provide simple biblical content to enhance our curriculum
To provide an atmosphere that is comfortable, safe, challenging, and enjoyable
Classes and Times for the 2024-2025 School Year:
RRUMNS preschool programs are available in the mornings throughout the week, Monday- Friday. All of our class times are: 9:00 - 11:15 AM
Pre-3s (2-3 year olds):
Our Pre- 3s Class will start in the Fall for children turning three between 9/30/24 and 3/1/25.
Pre- 3s class meets:
Tuesday and Wednesday AM (9:00-11:15 AM)
3’s
Your child should be 3 by 9/30/24.
2 Day 3 year old: Thursday & Friday AM
3 Day 3 year old: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday AM
Pre-K
Your child should be 4 by 9/30/24.
4 Day Pre-K - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
5 Day Pre-K - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Our 5 Day program enhances our traditional 4 day Kindergarten readiness Pre-K Program.
*EXTENDED DAY OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR 3s & Pre- K STUDENTS (TUESDAY- THURSDAY)*
Tuition and Fees for 2024-2025
Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $80
Pre-3’s Classes:
2 Days $1080 (6 payments of $180)
3’s Classes:
2 Days $1080 (6 payments of $180)
3 Days $1,617 (6 payments of $269.50)
Pre-K Classes:
4 days: $2,160 (6 payments of $360)
5 days: $2,689.50 (6 payments of $448.25)
