Young 3s Teachers

Nancy Kleinert, Young 3s Teacher

Mrs. Kleinert finds great joy in being a teacher and that shows in her classroom! Her main goal is always to introduce the great pleasure in learning to her young students. She strives to give her students a creative start to their education. Mrs. Kleinert develops a personal connection with each child so she can meet their individual needs. Her belief in learning through play at this young age is evident from the laughter and joy that emanates from her classroom!

Susan Paez, Young 3s Teacher

Mrs. Paez appreciates the opportunity to work with the children & families at RRUMNS. As an avid reader, she incorporates her love of literature in her daily interactions with her students. The creative energy in the halls brings joy to her heart! Mrs Paez enjoys listening and learning from her students...and oh, the stories they can tell!

3 Year Old Teachers

Jessie Reed, 3’s Teacher

Mrs. Reed loves being a part of all the fun that takes place at RRUMNS! While she brings an understanding of childhood development and learning to the table, she also brings her lifelong passion; a love of Spanish! Mrs. Reed will incorporate fun Spanish lessons into the classroom, along with reading, learning, and play. Her goal is to instill confidence, and a love of learning in her students.

Jeanette Hollabaugh, 3’s Teacher

Mrs. Hollabaugh shares her passion for math and faith everyday at RRUMNS! She loves to see the small steps in growth over the school year that will set the children up for continued learning in the years beyond. She enjoys reading and crafting with the kids, and then applies what she observes to help the children create student lead projects!

• Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University

• CPA license (Inactive)

Pre-K Teachers

Tara Biscardi, Pre-K Teacher

Mrs. Biscardi feels privileged to work with the students and the talented staff at RRUMNS. She brings her background in reading and language arts into the classroom everyday by sharing her love of books with her students. She enjoys doing crafts with the children and seeing how each finished product matches each child’s unique personality. Mrs. Biscardi hopes to give as much joy to her students as they give to her each day!

Margery Wanosik, Pre-K Teacher

Mrs. Wanosik enjoys sharing her love for books and early reading with her students. She tries to incorporate her training in Early Literacy into all that she teaches. Mrs. Wanosik keeps the kids moving and enjoys the outdoors with her students as much as possible!

Aaryn Holland, Pre-K Teacher

Mrs. Holland loves working at RRUMNS because the children put a smile on her face every day! She has a background in special education which helps her create a classroom that meets the needs of each child. She provides each of her students with a fun and challenging experience!
