As the weather warms and the sun shines brighter, we're transitioning from our fall and winter merchandise to our spring and summer clothing. It's so wonderful to see the vibrant colors of spring popping up on our racks and on our shelves.

Vacation Bible School is here! Sign-ups begin April 1 at 7:00am. Your kids will experience Christ through science, worship, play, and Scripture. Everything at VBS is hands-on learning.

Endowment Ministry

The endowment of Rocky River United Methodist Church is an investment fund established by the initial gift from Theo and Belle Moll. The fund has grown through both diligent fiscal management and the generosity of church members and friends who have given to the endowment.

Health Ministry Senior Living Tours

Sign up in the office for the tour(s) of your choice. Join us to learn what your options are for senior living. Please contact Gayle Donahue Faith Community Nurse with questions.

 

March 13 visit The Renaissance in Olmsted Falls.

Meet the van in RRUMC parking lot. We will leave at 11:00AM. Our tour will include independent and assisted living. We will have a light lunch and presentation. We will return to church by 2:00PM. Please RSVP by March 8.

 

April 16 visit O’Neill Health Care in Bay Village.

Van will pick us up in RRUMC parking lot and leave at 11:00AM. We will have a light lunch with a presentation describing all O’Neill services located at their different sites. We will tour the Bradley Bay assisted living and rehabilitation center.  Plan to return to RRUMC parking lot at 2:00PM. Please RSVP by April 11.

 

April 30 visit both Wesleyan Meadows in Sheffield and Wesleyan Village in Elyria.

The van will pick us up in RRUMC parking lot at 10:30AM and return approximately 3:00PM. Our first stop will be at Wesleyan Meadows for a presentation on all services followed by tours of two model homes. We will move onto Wesleyan Village for lunch and tour of patio homes, independent apartment and assisted living apartment.  Please RSVP by April 25.

 

May 21 visit St Mary’s of the Woods 35755 Detroit Rd Avon.

We will meet at St. Mary’s, main entrance at 11:00AM, entrance is on the right side of the building. If you would like to car pool from RRUMC please contact me. Our tour and lunch
