In February, the Youth Ministry’s Crossroads group will meet Sunday nights for faith, fun, and friendship—including a special combined Crossroads/Common Ground night.
For us as a Methodist congregation, this month offers a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the sacred gift of life and the responsibility we share to care for our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit.
As we move further into January, I pray your year has begun with moments where God’s grace and blessings are unmistakable. Just yesterday, the early morning sky lit up with brilliant pinks, purples, and oranges — a vivid reminder that our God truly is an awesome God.
Lent is a time of preparation, reflection, and prayer when we grow in faith, refocus spiritually, and prepare for Easter. This Lent we, as a congregation, will observe the season through the study, “Remember: God’s Covenants and the Cross,” written by Susan Robb.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. The Administrative Secretary provides essential organizational, communication, and administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the church office.

School resumes on January 5. It usually takes about a week to get back in the swing of things; reviewing rules and routines.
2/8/2026 - Fifth Sunday after the Epiphany and Joyful Sounds will be ringing. Pastor Paul A. Bennett will continue the sermon series, “The Unseen Force: Unleashing the Power of Prayer,” with the sermon, “Prayer that Changes Things: The Dynamics of Intercession” based on James 5:13-18.
