Rooted in Grace: Giving Thanks for the Moll Society and Rocky River United Methodist Church Family and Friends

“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
— Philippians 1:6 (NIV)

There is a profound beauty in watching a community of faith journey together.

At Rocky River United Methodist Church, that journey is marked by steadfast love, unwavering support, and a shared dedication to God's unfolding story in our lives.

Today, our hearts overflow with deep gratitude for the Moll Society and all of our beloved church family members who continually breathe life into this congregation.

The Apostle Paul’s words to the Philippians remind us that our spiritual journey is not a solitary endeavor, nor is it a finished chapter. It is a living, breathing work of grace. When we look at the life and ministry of Rocky River United Methodist Church, we see this divine work in action—anchored in the past, vibrant in the present, and looking with great hope toward the future.

This ongoing mission is sustained by the dedication of individuals who give of their time, their spirits, and their hearts.

As Paul expressed confidence in the believers at Philippi, we take comfort and joy in knowing that God is at work among us through each of you. May we continue to encourage one another, leaning into the promise that the One who began this good work in our church family will faithfully carry it forward.

Thank you for being a blessing, a light, and an essential part of our shared walk in Christ.

In Christ, Lisa
