Wellness Journey Continues

Join us in the Library to expand your knowledge of healthy eating!

Keep your healthy lifestyle on track. For four weeks Jeanette Lihani will facilitate a morning group at 9:30am and Lisa Thomas will facilitate an evening group at 6:00pm.

Jeanette and Lisa are planning great discussions and devotions shared around a healthy recipe with samples for all.
