Born in Newark, Delaware, world renowned violinist Andrew Sords began piano lessons at 5, and shortly thereafter asked for his first violin.

Early competition successes led to collaborations with more than 250 orchestras worldwide. Following a decade in the spotlight, he has garnered accolades on 4 continents and is hailed by the press as “utterly radiant” and “exceptionally heartfelt” in performances.

We are delighted to have Andrew and his friends return to our series with a thrilling program of classical quartets and quintets by Bartók, Brahms and Dvořák for your listening enjoyment.
