2026 Lenten Study: - Remember: God’s Covenants and the Cross

Lent is a time of preparation, reflection, and prayer when we grow in faith, refocus spiritually, and prepare for Easter.

This Lent we, as a congregation, will observe the season through the study, “Remember: God’s Covenants and the Cross,”written by Susan Robb.

This six-week study leads us through the covenants with Noah, Abraham, Moses, and David. It then carries us through to the new covenant established on Maundy Thursday and with us today.

Book cost is $13. Register either Sunday morning at the registration tables on Feb. 1, 8, or 15, with the church office at office@rrumc.org or 440.331.7676, or on-line at www.rrumc.org.

The sermon series during Lent will be based on this study. Whether you choose to attend one of the study sessions or read the book alone, you will discover how these covenants relate to Jesus’ journey to the cross.
