A Light Has Dawned

12/28/2025 - First Sunday after Christmas. Pastor Paul A. Bennett will preach a stand- alone sermon titled “A Light Has Dawned,” based on Isaiah 9:2-7.

A simple theme that is heavily leaned upon in all the ways we try to connect with the Christmas spirit is the contrast between light and darkness.

This is no accident.

From the opening lines of the Bible, God has established this as a theme that speaks volumes to our heart about where we might experience His presence and true life.

The Christmas story brings the expression of this theme to its glorious climax, illustrated beautifully by the prophet Isaiah.
