Backyard Missions and Youth Ministry Joint Project Report

Thanks to Backyard Missions and the RRUMC youth, our project at Story Church on Saturday, April 12 was a huge success.

This dedicated group:

• Dug 140 feet of trenches around the storage shed and entire playground

• Installed wire fencing below ground

• Backfilled the trenches and replaced sod

• Repaired the playground

Our quarterback, Mark Bacon, led the charge alongside Kevin Hendryx, Frank Schwelik, and Paul Ciarrone (a newcomer who worked diligently). Our head of Trustees, Gary Lanzen, also showed up and made a big contribution.

Steven Young’s RRUMC Youth and parents were outstanding:
