Sunday School

Youth Sunday School for Rocky River United Methodist Church is offered to students in grades 6-8.

These classes focus on learning how to use the Bible and how to begin digging deeper into the meanings of the Scripture. High School students are encouraged to be a part of our worship congregation at the service they choose.

10:00am Sunday School meets in the Youth Room. Led by adult volunteers, this class focuses on group building activities, historical learning, and modern interpretation.

11:30am Sunday School meets in the Youth Room after the children are released from the Harbor Service. Led by the Youth Director or adult volunteers, this class uses a casual discussion format to dig into the meaning of Scriptures and how they apply to our everyday lives.

Youth Sunday School does not meet on the first Sunday of the month. This gives the youth the opportunity to participate in Sunday morning worship at Rocky River United Methodist Church and allows them to take Holy Communion.

For a schedule of Sunday School classes, please see the Rocky River United Methodist Church calendar.
