The Chancel Choir

Rooted in a deep and rich heritage of sacred music, the Chancel Choir leads the traditional 10:00 a.m. service including a processional call to worship, an offertory anthem, and benediction response.

Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass section leaders also perform selections solo or as a quartet for featured segments of the service.  In addition to singing for special seasonal services at Christmas Eve and Maundy Thursday, the Chancel Choir presents two cantata services for Advent and Lent.

The Choir's broad repertoire spans masterworks from the classics (Bach, Haydn, Handel, Mozart, Saint-Saens, Vaughn-Williams) to the contemporary (Gjeilo, Forrest, Whitacre), continuing a legacy of excellence devoted to worship through the beauty and transcendent power of sacred music.
